الوصف الوظيفي

 

تبحث شركة البوتاس العربية عن مشرف مناوبة مخصص وذوي خبرة للإشراف على وتنسيق أنشطة عمليات المناولة في موقعنا في العقبة. سيضمن المرشح الناجح الإمداد الفعال والمستمر للمنتجات، والإشراف على الأنشطة التشغيلية، والإشراف على حركة المواد داخل الموقع.

 

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

 

الإشراف على جميع المهام الموكلة وتنسيقها والتواصل بشأنها ومتابعة جميع المهام الموكلة للأنشطة ذات الصلة بالمناولة والتشغيل من حيث استلام وتخزين وتكديس وتحميل وتفريغ المنتجات

 

تنفيذ جميع خطط عمليات المناولة بفعالية والاستجابة الفورية للتغييرات للتحقق من سير العمل.

المتابعة المستمرة مع قسم الصيانة والجودة والشحن وموقع الصافي للتحقق من استمرارية العمل ومعالجة أي

 

انحرافات تتعلق بتقدم العمل) جاهزية المعدات ومتطلبات التخزين والجودة و) مسح المسودة

 

المتابعة المستمرة لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ذات الصلة بعملية تشغيل المناولة.

 

الإشراف على عملية مناولة البوتاس، من خلال ضمان متطلبات الجودة وتنفيذ إجراءات التصحيح حسب الحاجة،

 

والشحنات في الوقت المناسب وبتكلفة فعالة.

 

إعداد تقارير المناوبة اليومية وتقديم التوصيات لتسهيل العمليات.

 

ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة في APC.

 

إجراء تقييمات المخاطر والسيطرة على المخاطر للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.

 

حل المشاكل التشغيلية لضمان سلاسة العمليات.

 

إجراء اجتماعات دورية مع المرؤوسين وإعداد تقارير دورية عن العمليات.

 

تحديد متطلبات الموارد البشرية والتوصية باحتياجات التدريب.

إجراء تقييمات الأداء وإدارة الشؤون الإدارية للمرؤوسين.

 

المهارات

 

المؤهلات:

 

يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.

 

العمر أقل من 35 عامًا

 

خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في شركة تعدين.

مهارات إشرافية وإدارية قوية، بما في ذلك التخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار وتنمية الأفراد.

 

مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل والتفاوض.

 

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والحفاظ على الانتباه واليقظة.

 

الكفاءات:

 

العمل الجماعي والالتزام بالوعي بالسلامة.

 

المعرفة الفنية والحرفية.

 

إدارة الوقت ومهارات التنظيم.

 

القدرة على إدارة التكاليف والعمليات بشكل فعال.

 

التعليم

 

يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.

 

 

 

Job Description
Arab Potash Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of Handling Operations at our Aqaba Site. The successful candidate will ensure the effective and continuous supply of products, supervise operational activities, and oversee the movement of materials within the site.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, communicate and following up all the assigned tasks for the relevant activities of handling and operation in term of receiving, storing stacking, loading, and unloading products
Execute effectively all plans of handling operations and promptly response for changes to verify workflow.
Continuous following up with maintenance, quality, shipping section and Safi site to verify work continuity and address for any deviations related to work progress) equipment readiness, storage and quality requirements and) draught survey
Continuous following up to achieve the relevant key performance indicators for handling operation process.
Oversee the potash handling process, by ensuring quality requirements

and implementing correction actions as needed, timely and cost-effective shipments.
Prepare daily shift reports and provide recommendations to facilitate operations.
Ensure compliance with APC quality, environmental, health & safety standards.
Conduct hazard assessments and risk control to maintain a safe working environment.
Solve operational problems to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates and prepare periodic reports on operations.
Identify human resources requirements and recommend training needs.
Conduct performance appraisals and manage administrative affairs of subordinates.
Skills
Qualifications:
B.Sc. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Preferred.
Age less than 35 years
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in mining company.
Strong supervisory and managerial skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and people development.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under stress and maintain attentiveness and alertness.

Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage costs and processes effectively.

Education
B.Sc. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Preferred .
